Motivation:
'I like to change and to improve; especially when this serves a better and broader purpose. Besides the fact that CSR improves the world, it also makes companies more innovative. Employees go to work with enhanced pleasure and are being challenged to think about sustainable ideas. Furthermore, an innovative and involved employer attracts better talent. Fortunately I notice that CSR more and more becomes part of the core business; also because it deals with authenticity and experience. Stakeholders base their opinion increasingly on the social experience they have with an organisation or brand.'
