Motivation:
I am convinced of the fact that we all benefit when people are willing to learn from each other and to share their knowledge. “Knowledge is power” has been replaced by “Share your knowledge and add value”. The technical possibilities are there: how are we going to use them?

How would colleagues describe you?
Involved, social, creative and humorous.

What is your favourite dish?
I like simple things and it makes me really happy to have a nice home made dish with some good friends. Add a glass of red wine and who needs more?

Which book should everybody read?
“The Speed of Trust” by Covey jr. An -although very American- inspiring book that shows how trust can speed up your business. It shows also how you can earn trust, but also lose it. One of the main themes is ‘Take responsibility’. I like that.

What is the best advice you ever got?
“Be yourself.”

Tell something surprising about yourself.
I am an avid trumpet player and I have played in big bands and salsa orchestras for decades.
